Where can I buy your home bar furniture?
All bar furniture products may be purchased directly through Barina Craft. Refer to the home bars purchase page for specific details or
contact our office with any additional questions and we will gladly help you.
What materials are used in your bar furniture?
The finest mahogany and other hardwoods are hand selected for use. The constructing and building bars section has photos with more
detailed descriptions and the request a custom furniture quotation page outlines an extensive list of standard options.
How are your home bars installed and who installs them?
Our indoor bar furniture can be installed by a third party following the set of instructions that come with the packing list. The size, shape and
weight of the product, path to installation location (i.e. hallways, doors, elevators, stairs, etc.) and condition / type of surface to be mounted to
may require advance planning / preparation by your contractor. Your bar should be securely fastened to the floor to help reduce the risk of
tipping or falling over.
Will assembly be required?
Most items require some assembly. For example shelves, pans, etc. may be packed separately inside of the crate. Wine racks, handles,
etc. will need to be secured using predrilled holes with the provided hardware, etc.
What is the lead time?
Our lead time for delivery is a minimum of 14 weeks. Estimated lead time will be provided with your quotation and will depend on the current
demand and options chosen.
Do you provide bar stools, accessories or any equipment?
Not currently. Please refer to our online magazine for bar accessories, equipment and supplies. It features product highlights, reviews and comparisons which we hope will be an aid in your search for items to complement and accent your Barina Craft home bar furniture.
Do you offer a warranty?
All Barina Craft furniture comes with a one (1) year limited warranty against manufacturers defect.
Will my item look exactly like the picture?
Barina Craft makes every effort to provide high quality images and measurements to assist you in selecting your bar furniture. However,
images may vary in color depending on your monitor color settings. The high gloss finish and the lighting conditions during photography may
make some areas appear lighter or darker due to shadows, reflections, etc. Sometimes measurements are rounded off and manufacturing
tolerances are also involved. The actual dimensions may vary slightly.
How do I pay by for my order?
Barina Craft only accepts money orders, cashier's or bank checks, and personal checks. Initial funds must clear before fabrication begins
and the final payment must clear prior to shipping. All products are special custom orders and require a non-refundable 50% initial payment
with the remaining payment due before shipping.
Do you charge sales tax?
There is no sales tax collected on any order shipped outside of Ohio. Barina Craft will collect the appropriate sales tax for orders shipped
within Ohio State. This will be added to your total price when placing your order. All other applicable taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
How much is shipping?
You will be charged the actual cost from the freight company, which will depend on weight, size, location, current fuel prices, etc. and will also
include insurance, plus our internal cost of fabricating and packing the crate. Estimates will be provided during quotation, actual charges will
be assessed prior to final payment.
What is the cancellation policy?
All home bar furniture products are custom, built to order on an individual basis and can only be canceled within 3 days of the purchase and
are otherwise non-refundable.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Arrival time is generally 1 to 2 weeks after completion. We will provide an estimated ship date when you place your order.
How will you ship my order?
We ship via common carrier.
What about delivery confirmation?
We send tracking numbers as soon as they are available. This will allow you to track your furniture to your door. You will usually receive a
phone call for large items that ship via truck to work out shipping details.
What about international delivery?
We currently ship throughout the continental United States only.
What is your returns policy?
All items are special order products, made to order based on individual selections / customization (i.e.stain and finish choices / schemes,
specific options, etc.) and are non-refundable.
How do you prevent damage to the merchandise?
All Barina Craft bar furniture products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping and each piece is carefully packed into custom wooden
crates. Free space is filled as necessary, desiccant packs are used to control moisture and all items are covered and / or wrapped in plastic.
What can I expect from the freight company upon arrival?
On all freight orders, the shipping company will contact you when your items are ready for pickup at the nearest freight terminal. You may
specify curbside delivery for an additional fee if available. Please make all necessary arrangements to assist with the delivery of your
package. If you require additional handling, (inside delivery, for example) this is not included in the shipping price. You will have to request
the additional handling directly with the freight company and pay the additional charge directly to them. Your furniture will arrive packaged
inside a custom wooden crate. Before signing any delivery paperwork you must inspect the outside of the crate for any visual signs of
damage during transportation (i.e. dents, tears, gouges, punctures, etc.). A "Tip n Tell" style indicator will be attached to the outside and must
be checked to see if the crate has been tipped over during transportation. Insist on making a note of any irregularity on the paperwork prior to
signing. It is our recommendation that you sign all bills of lading "Subject to Inspection" to help preserve your freight claim rights.
What if my item arrives damaged?
In the event of concealed damage, stop unpacking, save all original packaging and notify us and the shipping company immediately. Refer
to the terms and conditions of sale for complete instructions.
How do I become a testimonial ?
